Actually a pretty solid dessert bar to go to after dinner! I was surprised that it operated more like a sit down restaurant. I had the Harvest, which seems gimmicky but it's still pretty delicious if you're a cheesecake fan. I also ordered the honeydew melon cream soda and it was delicious, just make sure to really stir the melon flavoring at the bottom. The real star of the show was the golden toast though. My friend ordered it and I got to steal a few bites. I was so jealous!

This place can be counted on for a reliable after-dinner dessert. It should be noted that the crowd tends to grow after dinner hours. A table was secured just in time, as only one couple was ahead when we arrived. We had the Milky Cream and The Harvest. The raspberry sorbet paired with the cookie crumb in The Harvest perfectly. The Milky Cream gave the comforting taste of cereal and milk. While neither dessert could be called a personal favorite at this time, as seasonal options are being looked forward to. I will definitely be back!

I had a wait for 45-55 minutes on a Saturday night, but easy to do other things in East Village in the meanwhile. But try to get on the wait list ahead of time if you can. Otherwise when sat down, it probably took 5-7 minutes for the dish to arrive. Only thing is lava cake wasn't as hot as I'd hoped for but the matcha ice cream was nice

A top spot for their beautiful and creative dessert options! I opted to split their limited-time autumn themed desserts (they were discounted if you ordered the whole set) and had so much fun sampling! All were delicious and very photogenic, with some interesting flavor combos! Will say that you should be prepared to wait a bit, especially on busy days as the inside is pretty small and this is a popular joint!

Had some friends from out of state visiting so I was glad this spot was open late and looked lively enough. The service was quite lovely and super friendly. Looks tight but once you're sat it's quite roomy. Service was fast. And holy shit the desserts were fantastic. We had some beverages, Capp, Thai tea, reg tea, all great. Harvest is a must have. Miso seasonal dessert is great especially if you love citrus. The one with the choux I has great textures and everything was delicious. I would gladly return.

Super cute place but the wait on a friday was kind of long. Workers are nice and attentive. I got the harvest which is a cheesecake with oreo crumbs on top in a flower pot. You also get milk tea to pour on top as well as a raspberry sorbet of some sort on the side. It wasn't too sweet which was really nice! I really recommend this place if you want a sweet treat plus it's next to a lot of restaurants!

asdfghjkl Spot Dessert Bar is the freakin best man! Not only do you feel like you're going downstairs to some exclusive speakeasy, but the dessert is out of this world. We've visited about five times now, and have been very happy customers after each visit. I would highly recommend the golden toast. The sweet, crispy, spongy, perfectly toasted toast is a 10/10, paired with strawberries and condensed milk ice cream. It slaps every time. My husband loves the cookie camp. Marshmallow cookie, pretzels, with the condensed milk ice cream and a homemade chocolate sauce poured over. Are you kidding me!? Perfection. The servers have always been really friendly and efficient. It is a casual place, and is always busy, especially during the evenings.

Spot Dessert Bar is always exciting to show off to someone who hasn't been. I walked in early night to plenty of seating in the store, so glad as it was freezing outside. There are plenty of seasonal choices on the menu, but we went with the OG Harvest because every first timer deserves to ooh-and-ah at the impossibly cute little plant pot and "water" it with the early grey milk tea. My brother ordered the affogato and I got the hot jasmine tea, which came in a very large mug. The Harvest hits so many textures. The cocoa cookie crumble provides a great crunch against the smooth cream and the luscious cheesecake. The airy chiffon cake and the juicy bits of strawberry adds a nice chew. The sorbet is fresh and slightly tart to offset the possible richness of the flower pot contents. I've been to quite many "experimental" dessert bars now, but I feel Spot continues to provide the dessert razzle-dazzle at a decent price point. There's still that nostalgic magic in the air there was 10 years ago when I first had the Harvest pot. Simply dependable.

Delicious deserts, limited space. This place has unique deserts with amazing flavors. The location is a little problematic. It's in one of those basement locations in the village. A little bit of a steep walk down. Usual wait is 25-30 min for seating. Keep in mind the place is small. The service is quick and attentive. Ordered the Harvest which looks like a plant. It's a cheesecake/oreo and sorbet in an explosion. Tried a new desert, Chai Brandy. I usually love all the deserts. This one was a little wild for me. Too much going on with the flavors. Since they have been around for a few years. They should open a bigger location. Since it's so packed, it's hard to enjoy your deserts, everything is a little rushed and with a line literally in front of you. You feel guilty enjoying your desert. Overall if you can find parking it worth making the visit.
